Holistic Wellness Consultation
A 90-minute one-on-one session with the Practitioner that includes an assessment of your current and previous health challenges followed by a Realms Biological Assessment or ZYTO Scan to determine what imbalances are currently stressing the body. *Clients will receive a full-detailed report of analysis along with Practitioner’s recommendations through nutritional protocol, supplements, hydration schedule and other natural modalities to help bring the body back into balance.

Bach Flower Consultation (Emotional Wellness)
45-minute one-on-one session with the Practitioner to discuss emotional imbalances such as panic, anxiety, general sadness, grief, etc. There are 38 flower essences available to support everyday emotional needs. A flower remedy will be customized to your individual needs at no cost to you. *Clients only pay for the consultation.

Floral Acupressure

Floral acupressure is an innovative therapeutic approach that integrates the use of flower essences, such as those used in Bach Flower Remedies, with traditional acupressure points on the body. This holistic practice aims to address both emotional and physical imbalances by stimulating specific acupressure points while simultaneously delivering the vibrational essence of flowers. By combining these two modalities, floral acupuncture seeks to restore harmony and balance within the individual, promoting overall well-being and facilitating the body's natural healing processes.

Iridology Consultation
Iridology is the scientific study of the iris to determine information about one’s health. 60 minutes session one-one session with the Practitioner to discuss over health challenges. Pictures of both irises will be taken and carefully examined to determine imbalances within the body. *Clients will receive a full-detailed report of analysis along with Practitioner’s recommendations through nutritional protocol, supplements, hydration schedule and other natural modalities to help bring the body back into balance.

Nutrient Deficiency Test

This questionnaire is designed to translate body language into nutritional principles. It is an instant picture of your body's nutritional needs. As such, it will take into consideration any dietary regime or supplementation that you are presently taking.

The Nutrient Deficiency Test is neither a diagnostic test nor a tool. It does not determine disease or bodily conditions or how to treat them. It is used to suggest nutrients which should lead to the best possible state of nutritional health and that is its sole purpose. The questionnaire is very detailed and intense. Assessment can be conducted in person or by virtual means.

Red Light Therapy

Red Light Therapy, also known as photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) or low-level laser therapy (LLLT), is a non-invasive, drug-free treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support cellular function. It is used to relieve pain, improve circulation, increase energy levels and support overall wellness. Red Light Therapy works by stimulating mitochondria to produce more ATP. Sessions include heat and are very relaxing!

Shaped Reclaimed Program

A basic cleanse aimed to detoxify the body, target inflammation, and restore overall wellness. Brain Chemistry and metabolism are balanced along with strengthening the immune system. One of the biggest side effects is losing weight! The program consists of nutritional protocol (grocery list, program book, 4 Urinalysis readings, recipes, and homeopathic drops included). The client will work one-on-one with the Practitioner until the desired weight goal is accomplished.

$385 for the full program, including 4 additional appointments for Urinalysis Readings and Wellness Coaching/Support.
